By creating an account or using HWC (the "app"), you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

HWC is a wellness companion, not a medical device, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app — including AI-generated chat responses, food-photo nutrition estimates, or document-photo summaries — should be treated as a diagnosis or a medical recommendation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional with questions about a medical condition, and never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read in the app. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.
You must be old enough, under the laws that apply to you, to agree to these terms on your own.
You can stop using the app and request account deletion at any time — see Contact.

Acceptable use

Don't use HWC to try to obtain a medical diagnosis for someone else without their knowledge, to misuse the AI features for unlawful purposes, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

AI-generated content

AI responses, food-photo nutrition estimates, and document-photo summaries are generated automatically and may be incomplete, imprecise, or simply wrong. Nutrition estimates from a photo are estimates only, based on assumptions about portion size and preparation — not a laboratory measurement. Treat all of this as a starting point for your own judgment, not a final answer.

Subscriptions (HWC Premium)

Where offered, HWC Premium is a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased and billed through the Google Play Store, subject to Google Play's own billing, renewal, and cancellation terms. We don't process payment details ourselves.

Availability

We aim to keep HWC available and reliable, but the app, its AI features, and any third-party services it depends on (including Cloudflare and Supabase) may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, or changed.

Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

HWC is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on AI-generated content.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the most recent change.
